With movies ranging from 600 MB to 12 GB (depending on quality and length) you can fill a computers hard drive extremely fast. PS3After playing around with the many different ways to stream media to the Playstation 3 I think I finally have a solution that makes the PS3 a fully functional media center. I have played around with the different streaming software and I have converted my videos to several different formats. Streaming video from Mac/PC to PS3

I think there is an overload of information on the net about how to stream media to the PS3 and it took me a lot of searching around to get ALL of my questions answered. Sometime this weekend I will be posting a step by step guide to stream media from your Mac or PC (including 1080P movies) to your PS3. Hopefully this guide will save you some time when you finally decide to make your PS3 your media center (which it is more than capable of doing). For you experts that already know how to stream stick around and maybe you can teach us all something.
